Exploring Bangadeshi Foods and Food Habits

Good evening everyone.'ve taken your snacks or meal?Everyday we 've our meals for 3 times.'Ve you ever thought of how many food varieties can be there in the world?May be you 've tried few ones but there are lots of things to explore!
Here I am to let you know about the enriched food culture of Bangladesh,a small country in South Asia.Many of us know about India,neighborhood country of us because of their proper branding.But how many of us know about Bangladesh?Let's get started!

In the sense of food habits, Bangladesh is influenced by the regional variations of her history. Being an outpost of Mughal Empire once, Bangladesh retains its heritage.

Calcutta foods 've also influence in Bangladesh.Arakan cuisines from Burma  've also influence over our foods specially dried fishes.There are also tribal foods which give a different variety.


Bangladesh is a tropical country 23°42′N for what she has got a fertile land.Bangladesh is also blessed with many rivers and weather for cultivation.If you are a vegetarian,you will surely love our country.Because there are many vegetables grown in different seasons  like bottle gourd,potato,beans ,brinjal,naga chill,white radish,okra,snake gourd,cabbage,cauliflower,Lalshak (red amaranthpeas),Kolar Thor (banana flower)
Bangladesh is also notable for being a fish loving country.There are thousands of ponds and rivers in Bangladesh and 've  a very good availability of fishes.
Basically,we like to eat spicy foods and boiled ones.You will see use of many spices in our meal.Our staple food is rice along with curry items .Shutki(dried fish) and traditional vorta are the mouthwatering traditional spicy foods of us.
There are varieties of pithas(cakes) you will find only in Bangladesh which are prepared by using milk,ghee,rice crumb,nuts etc.
